Reservations :
Reservations must be made by e-mail. Services are confirmed after a written confirmation by Amsterdam Luxury Minibus.
Payments :
To use our services we need a prepayment. Payments can be made by credit card, wire transfer or for regular customers on account after approval of Amsterdam Luxury Minibus.
Payments on account has to be done within two weeks, after using our services.
Cancellation policy :
Cancellations till 48 hours prior to service without any charges – Cancellations 48 hours till 24 hours prior to service, 50% of the total costs will be charged –
Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the service, 100% of the total costs will be charged
Procedure Airport arrival transfer :
Amsterdam Luxury Minibus will be 15 minutes after arrival behind the custom exit-door holding a sign where name and company are mentioned.
Transfers starting from Amsterdam Airport are including 1 hour waiting time after plane has landed.
Procedure departure transfer :
Amsterdam Luxury Minibus will be waiting 15 minutes after agreed time at the pickup location.
Languages :
Available languages are: English-German-French-Spanish
Special holidays :
On special holidays (New years day/1″ and 2″ Easter day/Whitsunday and Whitmonday/Ascension day/1 and 2″ Christmas day/Kings day/5″ of May) there is a
supplement of 25%.
On Kings day there is a limited access to all major cities in Holland.
Between the 31th of December from 18:00 till 1 of January 07:00 Amsterdam Luxury Minibus is
closed and no services are available.
Rates :
Rates are, unless other is mentioned, excluding v.a.t.
Higher fuel prices or parking tariffs may compel us to adjust our rates at any time. We will inform you about this in time. Although our rates are made with the
utmost care, we are entitled to adjust in case of imperfection.
Liability :
Amsterdam Luxury Minibus is not liable due to force majeure. By force majeure we mean;
– Delays or cancellations of airplanes – LOSS of luggage
– Special circumstances in traffic – Unexpected damage to our vehicles during our services.
No show :
lf client does not see the driver and leaves the destination without calling Amsterdam Luxury Minibus is allowed to charge a 'no show'
Privacy :
Amsterdam Luxury Minibus is subject to all legal provisions to protect the personal data of our Customers. Amsterdam Luxury Minibus will not provide
personal data to third parties and will provide
